Exploring the Multifaceted Roles of Non-Native English-Speaking Teachers (NNEST) in Enhancing participants' Speaking Proficiency

<p class="abstrak">This study explores the roles of Non-Native English Speaking Teachers (NNESTs) in facilitating improvement participants' speaking skills. The research was prompted by challenge faced a NNESTs from Indonesia, who relocated to Kyrgyzstan teach as second language. teacher lacked cultural knowledge support his language learning. To address this, employed descriptive qualitative design and utilized interviews primary data collection method investigate how development their ability. analysis Miles Huberman identify patterns themes data. findings reveal that instructional approaches foster an environment conducive practice enable participants engage conversation without fear criticism. Additionally, teachers provide personalized feedback help areas weakness. Creating engaging learning encourages use more frequently.</p>
